Originally made as a practice piece, this sideboard is fashioned from Douglas Fir off cuts and framed using half lapped joints. The dovetailed drawers and the internal frame use reclaimed plywood. The infill finish material is from a discarded cover sheet plywood, sanded back to reveal an unexpectedly attractive wood grain.
